MEET LEE

I don’t teach confidence. I teach what to say (and how to say it) when confidence disappears.

Whether that’s leading client conversations without slipping into employee-mode, or curating a clear, intentional digital presence that fits a local, real-world business, the shift happens in the same place. Your communication.

Your confidence
is there…

But sometimes it disappears in the moments that matter.

It disappears the moment a client pushes back.

Or a customer asks for “just one more thing…”

Or, you sit down to write an Instagram post and suddenly sound nothing like yourself.

That’s where I come in.

I'm here to support you with practical communication smarts you can actually use (like, tomorrow). In real conversations with real people, all while in the middle of running your business.

I stay close to the work, the conversations and the reality of running a business, because that’s where this stuff either works, or falls apart.

I've spent decades working inside service-based businesses, local retail, community organisations and client-facing roles where strong communication skills aren’t optional. They’re part of the gig.

I grew up watching my parents run their own businesses, so I’ve seen firsthand what it takes to make tough decisions, navigate people and keep things moving when there’s no script.

I’ve seen how easily capable business owners lose their power.

I’ve seen how easily capable business owners lose their power.

I’ve seen how easily capable business owners lose their power.

They lose it during client conversations, when setting boundaries or through messaging and content that doesn’t fit their business. Let me help you get your power back. I’ve seen the patterns play out from the inside many times.

I’ve been in the emails.

In the awkward conversations.

In the back-and-forth that slowly erodes authority if you’re not careful.

The founders I work with are great at what they do.

But sometimes capable business owners don’t lose skill, they lose authority.

And somewhere along the way, their communication habits started working against them.

WHO I WORK WITH WHO I WORK WITH WHO I WORK WITH

For some, it shows up most in client conversations and boundaries.

For some, it shows up most in client conversations and boundaries.

They pad their words.

They apologise when nothing’s wrong.

And worse: they default back into employee-mode, even though they’re the business owner.

And for others, it shows up in the online space.

For others, it shows up in the
online space.

Through content that feels forced, trend-driven, and disconnected from what actually happens in their retail store.

Through their confidence quietly draining from overthinking how they show up online.

Through the quiet frustration of knowing their real-world reputation is miles ahead of how they come across online.
